How do I return an item?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the date your order was received for store credit only.

3/27/20 UPDATE:  Due to the ever changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be temporarily adjusting our online return service to ensure the safety of our staff, families and community. This means we will be processing any returns at a delayed time frame of two weeks, at this time. We will also be accepting returns for store credit only, up to 7 days after we re-open our doors. We hope to resume with our regular return policy in the near future and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We remain loyal to bringing you all the very best service possible and are immensely grateful for you, our customers. Our store doors remain temporarily closed, but our online store is always open 24/7. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Info@landfclothingco.com.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the date your order was received for store credit only.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with no damage to the box.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

Sunglasses and hats are returnable for store credit.

Gift cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, jewelry, beauty products, and Final Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be checked, approved, and processed.

Original shipping is non-refundable. Store credits are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and a gift card via email containing the refunded store credit amount.

If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise for a store credit only, minus the shipping charges. Note: Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
