Receiving Assistant - Apparel

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Receiving Assistant to join our growing company. Your primary responsibility in this position will be inputting products as well as managing inventory transactions between locations. You will be responsible for keeping product information current, printing tags and ensuring all deliveries are processed and tagged.

A successful Receiving Assistant is a trustworthy professional with outstanding analytical abilities. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication.


  • Heavy data entry: Product input and management
  • Inventory processing and tagging
  • Working closely and efficiently under the Buyer/Inventory Manager


  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Proficiency in Shopify, 2+ year(s) experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.


Sales Associate - Part-Time

The Sales Associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A Sales Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.  Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.


  • Previous retail or sales experience
  • Passionate about communication and interacting with new people regularly
  • Owning initiative and jumping into new tasks daily
  • Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
  • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
  • Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone
  • Detail orientated and accurate
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time; can lift up to 30 pounds
  • Be comfortable working shifts alone
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
  • Passionate about fashion and familiar with industry trends
  • Comfortable helping style shoppers and find items for their style/body type


  • Promptly greet customers as they enter the store
  • Ask probing questions to better understand the customer’s needs
  • Demonstrate selling behaviors by recommending, selecting and helping locate merchandise for customers
  • Take initiative to learn and leverage all product knowledge resources (internal & external) to build confidence among self and team members
  • Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons
  • Promote current sales, promotions, coupon deals, etc.
  • Operate POS , receive/process cash, check and credit card payments
  • Ask every customer for name and email during the checkout process, enter the customer name and email into “Shopify customer database”
  • Complete each transaction in a quick and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Report anything unusual, or any major incidents, to management
  • Prep & price merchandise for display
  • Merchandise and restock product
  • Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts
  • Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
  • Be enthusiastic and informative about all products
  • Help create a positive environment in which to shop and buy
  • Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor
  • Work as a team to drive revenue through increasing units sold per transaction
